1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 6262ph ("6262ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 6262ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at https://6262ph.org (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by 6262ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 6262ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 6262ph or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from 6262ph or any other gaming platform for violations of terms of service, fraud, or money laundering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

6262ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 6262ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your 6262ph account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify 6262ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

6262ph will conduct identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You consent to 6262ph processing your personal data for these purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Accounts registered using false, misleading, or fraudulent information will be permanently closed and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 6262ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. 6262ph does not accept cryptocurrency or credit card deposits for gambling purposes.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 6262ph account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 6262ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays. 6262ph will endeavor to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes specified in the cashier section.
• 6262ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.
• All deposits and withdrawals are subject to applicable transaction limits, which may be adjusted by 6262ph at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6262ph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus balance not used within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• 6262ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of manipulation, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• 6262ph's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 6262ph Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other users' accounts, or 6262ph's systems or networks.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games or systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or defamatory toward 6262ph staff, other players, or any third party.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or eligibility to use the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by 6262ph.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6262ph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of 6262ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6262ph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of 6262ph.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 6262ph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues beyond 6262ph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Decisions made by 6262ph in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or termination.

6262ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 6262ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 6262ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

9. Responsible Gaming

6262ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits – Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders – Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods – Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion – Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

6262ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, 6262ph may forfeit any remaining account balance where permitted by applicable law. Upon termination not for cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your 6262ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

11. Amendments

6262ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 6262ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 6262ph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 6262ph customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

6262ph's decisions on all gaming-related matters, including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status, are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
